File privacy
Kiwi6 supports three levels of privacy at the file level.Public | Everyone can see and listen to your track. Search engines will crawl your page. |
Unlisted | Everyone who has the link can see and listen to your track. Search engines will not be able to crawl the page. |
Private | Only you can see and listen to the track. Search engines will not be able to crawl the page. |
Files in the directory (e.g., if you have a podcast or artist account) are always public.
Hiding files from public view
Use the Private option to prevent anyone except you from using a file.
Use the Unlisted option to hide the file from search engines, but still enable hotlinking and downloading by anyone who knows the URL. Unlisted files will not show up on your user profile.
