I believe everyone should do relaxation exercises or Yoga Nidra daily. If they did then the world would be a better and more peaceful place. It can be very difficult at times to do relaxation exercises or Yoga Nidra. If you have never tried doing relaxation exercises or Yoga Nidra then beginning can seem almost impossible. Everyone should try and practice relaxation techniques daily. It's best to start off when you are feeling OK so you can get an idea what is involved so when you are stressed out and need to calm down , the techniques you have learned will be of more benefit to you. It is usually the people who need it most are the ones that never do it or try it.
